About

Self-identified as Floridian Surf Rock, FLORIDAZE brings the sunshine wherever they go. Formed in 2024 and hailing from the sunny shores of Florida, the band blends reggae fusion, surf rock, and coastal groove into a sound that instantly transports listeners to their favorite stretch of sand. Their music is breezy, bright, and undeniably fun — the sonic equivalent of saltwater, sunshine, and a cold drink in hand.

Frontman Scott “Randango” Lonker leads on vocals and guitar, backed by a vibrant crew that gives FLORIDAZE its signature flavor: Dio on bass (not to be confused with Theo), Booty on drums, Matt the Technician on lead guitar, Alex on horns, and Theo “Theo” on rhythm guitar and keys (not to be confused with Dio). Together, they create feel-good beach-town energy that’s bold, rhythmic, and built for good times.

In the Room

When FLORIDAZE hit the Tigre Island Room stage, the whole venue felt like a coastal escape. Their blend of surf-rock riffs, reggae grooves, and vibrant horn lines brought pure sunshine to the night, turning the room into a beachside party. Laid-back, lively, and overflowing with Florida soul, their set left the crowd smiling, swaying, and wanting more.

Stay tuned — something tells us FLORIDAZE will ride the wave back to Tigre soon.
