The Lee Boys

About

Rooted in their church upbringing and powered by the unmistakable blaze of pedal steel, The Lee Boys are one of the nation’s top ensembles in the Sacred Steel tradition — a soul-shaking fusion of gospel, blues, funk, rock, and rhythm & blues. Their music radiates joy and electricity, turning every performance into a celebration of spirit, groove, and true Southern soul.

Honored with the Florida Folk Heritage Award, this family band has toured the world and shared stages with icons like B.B. King, The Allman Brothers, Mavis Staples, Robert Randolph, and more. With soaring pedal steel lines, infectious rhythms, and voices that lift the room, The Lee Boys create an atmosphere where dancing is encouraged, singing is inevitable, and feeling the spirit is guaranteed.

In the Room

When The Lee Boys took over the Tigre Island Room in November, the whole space lit up with Sacred Steel fire. From the first pedal steel run to the last gospel-soaked groove, the crowd was on their feet — dancing, clapping, and riding the wave of pure joy this family brings to the stage. It wasn’t just a concert; it was a celebration, a revival, and a moment of community all wrapped into one unforgettable night.

They didn’t just play the room… they lifted it.
